Death of Being Stabbed By A Cutlass is the fifth Death to appear. (A couple of others have been referred to in passing, but not made an on-screen appearance yet.) I really need to make a scorecard to keep track of these Deaths and their various role reassignments.
"Shiver me timbers" is apparently a fictional phrase used by authors wanting make their pirates sound truly piratey, but which was probably never actually said by any real pirates. Well, that shatters a lot of illusions.
