Comic #5227

1 Wendy: Why are you giving all the pirate crew commissions in your navy?
2 Governor: I want to put an end to piracy in the Caribbean. What better way than to turn all the pirates into enlistees under my command?
3 Wendy: Well I ain’t standin’ fer it! I wanted to be a pirate, and I will be a pirate! I be taking the captaincy o’ the Allosaurus!
4 Governor: You have no crew.
4 Ponsonby: Ahem. I am presently in search of a job...
4 Wendy: Oh good grief.

I should point out that Dirty Dirque is not the only crew of the Allosaurus. Since the previous strip, we should assume that all the rest of the crew decided to follow Dirque's lead and transfer with their captain to the Royal Navy.
