2014-06-21 Rerun commentary: I'm proud to say that the mighty Elusian River is my own invention, and that, according to Google, the term "Elusian river" does not appear anywhere else on the entire Internet, apart from my website.

There seem to be several "Elysian River"s, but those are all completely unrelated, naturally.

The word "Elusian" is meant to evoke a feeling of elusiveness, by the way. It's probably a river that's difficult to find.
