Bram Stoker in his original novel gives Count Dracula no particularly distinctive description of the clothes that he wears. The common image of Dracula in formal evening wear and a cape comes from the movie depiction by actor Bela Lugosi in the original 1931 film Dracula.

I guess Lugosi didn't like the Levi's.
