Can you imagine Steve checking safety gear?
And I wonder what will be the first non-human animal on the moon. (Not counting human microbiomes and such.) The obvious candidates are probably things like mice or flatworms or other common scientific test subjects. But I'll go out on a limb and cheer for it being a crocodile.
