Comic #4138

1 Martian 3: Here’s the next volunteer.
2 Elspeth: Hey, you’re Ishmael’s friends who dress up as Martians! Is this part of your med school studies?
2 Martian 2: Yes... Yes it is.
3 Elspeth: Wouldn't dressing as clowns put patients at ease more?
4 Martian 2: Ah, good idea! Like Pennywise? Or the Joker?
4 Elspeth: I see your point.
4 Martian 2: Or Pagliaccio!

As well as an article on clowns, Wikipedia also has on specifically on evil clowns. The fact that there is no article on "good clowns" implies that there are no such things.

I think the next logical step is to break them apart into lawful evil clowns, neutral evil clowns, and chaotic evil clowns.
