You don't want to argue territorial claims with an Allosaurus. Trust me.
By the way, it took me a few seconds to think exactly what the "small problem" is that Fireballs mentions in panel 3. I believe, on reflection, it's referring to the fact that Government of Nigeria no longer exists.
