Comic #1419

1 Serron: As he's a junior member of the crew, I vote Quercus gets a reduced share of the profits from this trip.
2 Paris: But without him, we all would have died!
3 Serron: Exactly! Either we're all dead, or he gets a reduced share! He gets more this way!

Serron's logic is impeccable sometimes.

2016-07-26 Rerun commentary: Hmmm. If you look at the horizon of the ocean, and the transoms of the bay windows which make up the cockpit of the ship, you can see that they're not quite parallel. Since the horizon is - pretty much by definition - horizontal, this implies that the ship is slightly tilted. And as a landing pad in a spaceport on a planet as civilised as Bune would be built level, not on a slope, this implies that the landing gear of the ship is somewhat uneven.

Or there's something squashed under one of the landing struts.
