The Martian's line in panel 2 only came to me at the last minute as I was assembling this comic. I think it might be funnier than the punchline.
Area 51, by the way, seems to have been in the news recently, with this bizarre Storm Area 51 thing that was apparently a joke that got out of hand. Click that link quickly - the Wikipedia article may be deleted before long.
Which might just go to prove something about a government conspiracy to cover up anything related to aliens...
