Comic #3813

1 Lambert: And what fine cuts of meat are in this stew of yours?
1 Innkeeper: Hooves are meat, right?
2 Lambert: Ah. Beef or venison?
2 Innkeeper: Camel.
3 Lambert: Camel, you say? How... exotic!
4 Innkeeper: They're pretty rangy and stringy after getting lost and walking here all the way from the Vast Stone Desert.

"Hooves" is actually useful information, as it means that the stew is not fish, poultry, or rabbit. I wasn't sure about pork until I looked it up just now, but yes, pigs' trotters are technically classified as hooves. Although to my embarrassment, I've also discovered that technically camels' feet are not hooves.

Well, I'll blame it on the ignorance of this innkeeper. He probably thinks strawberries are berries, too! Ha ha!
