Comic #2600

1 Stud: We've fought the Bulgars off and saved the gypsy camp.
2 Kerim Bey: Good. But I am shot in the arm. I shall get my revenge against Krilencu later.
3 Vavra: Fala, glutskerdan mi ajlevi. Akana sinan mo čhavo.
4 Kerim Bey: He thanks you and says you are now his son.
4 Stud: Great! Can I borrow the caravan?

I recruited help for the Romani translation. I tried to get the words off a transcript of the movie, but both of the different scripts I found don't actually have transcriptions of Vavra's words. (Probably because whoever transcribed the dialogue from the movie didn't understand Romani either.)

2024-06-23 Rerun commentary: In hindsight, it would have been good to put a bandage or something resembling one around Kerim Bey's arm. He looks pretty relaxed for someone who's just been shot in the arm.
