2018-11-29 Rerun commentary: Choosing colours for speech bubbles for minor characters is always tricky, because there aren't a lot of choices that don't conflict with regular characters. For someone like this, I usually choose a colour that is far from the characters they first speak to. This can become a problem in follow up strips, when other previously silent regulars speak up, and turn out to have colours very close or identical to the colour I chose for the minor character.
