The idea of this was to see what way up people normally see the moon. This depends on where you live, and whether you tend to see the full moon more just after it rises around sunset, or just before it sets in the morning. The image is a photo I took of the moon myself, which I rotated to various positions. The original unrotated photo is moon A. That's what the moon looks like from where I live, at latitude 34° south, around 9:30 pm.
