1 Me: {looking at computer} Wow, 500 strips.
2 Me: 2,000 images, 30,000 words of dialogue, multiple complex interwoven plotlines...
3 Me: Death, drama, character development, high-tech gadgetry, a little comedy relief, social commentary, romance...

Yeah, I need a haircut.

2013-06-04 Rerun commentary: I'm still waiting. A typical movie script is roughly 15,000 words, according to a quick web search.* So my first 500 strips should be two films, at least. Add the next 2,500 strips and that's a hit movie series with 12 entries! More than Harry Potter!

* Actually, it's 95-125 pages. Lots of places list word counts for novels and short stories and stuff, but everywhere you look for film scripts lists length in pages, not words.
