2 Ishmael: What are you doing here?!
3 Martian 1: Your invitation said “All welcome”.
4 Ishmael: That was just a ploy to attract girls!
4 Martian 1: Ah, excellent! That’s what we’re here for!

I almost forgot Ishmael has a bicycle stored there in that space near his door. I throw little things in like this to make a scene feel more cluttered, but then it's hard to remember later on what was there.
