Behind the scenes:

I took the real front cover of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (Bloomsbury UK edition) - which has been released on several news web sites - and added my own spine and back cover, then printed it out and wrapped it around my copy of Goblet of Fire.

2012-03-03 Rerun commentary: After making this comic, but still before Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was released, I took my fake copy of the book with me to work and read it on the bus, being careful to deliberately make the cover very visible.

Several school kids on the bus were staring at me and whispering excitedly to one another. Ha, that was fun!

And hmmm... I think I've lost my portable time travel device! Somewhere around the time we got a new TV, I think.
