This Sunday I should be arriving in Paris, having spent the past few days in Venice. I've been to Venice before, and for all the clichés and tourist overload, it really is a magical place. I didn't want to leave that time, so I'm happy to have the chance to go back and explore it a little more.

I'll be visiting some of the places I didn't manage to see last time.

And I'm planning on dedicating an entire day to simply walking out the door of our hotel, heading in a random direction, and just taking whatever turns look like they might lead somewhere interesting. We'll grab some lunch somewhere, and continue walking around aimlessly. After dinner sometime, when we're ready to head back to the hotel, I'll look at the map and only then figure out where we are.

With any luck we'll run across a dragon of some sort.
