Yoghurt is a fermented milk product produced by the action of bacteria of the Streptococcus and Lactobacillus genera. After production, it can either be pasteurised to kill the bacteria, or consumed with the bacterial cultures alive, often referred to as yoghurt containing active cultures. Some people like yoghurt, some people don't.
Unlike midichlorians, which nobody likes.
