1 Lambert: Barkeep! A round of ales for my colleagues.
1 Barkeep: Comin' right up!
2 Farmer: Hey, shorty! What are you doing ordering drinks? Shouldn't you be in school?! Ha ha!
3 Lambert: Why, you dirty rotten...
3 Alvissa: Lambert, calm down. Offer him a beer.
3 Farmer: Wanna fight??
4 Lambert: He insulted me! Why should I give him a beer?
4 Alvissa: It's ale for what goads you.

Some types of beer are made by people chewing on the raw grains, then spitting them out into a vessel. The addition of human saliva adds enzymes which ferment the grain, producing alcohol.

Drinking the resulting brew is a lot of fun - it's all beer and spittles.
