2 Paris: That's a highly unlikely shape for a space vessel.
2 X: It's space! It doesn't need streamlining!
3 Spanners: No, but pressure hulls are best with rounded edges. Sharp corners are potentially catastrophic failure points.
4 X: They like doing things the hard way!
4 Serron: So do you, apparently.

I honestly thought of making the Cybe ship a sphere, just to differentiate it from the inspiration. Then I realised I'd have to show it, and to do that I'd have to build one out of LEGO bricks...

So the Cybe ship is also a cube. It did then suggest this line of dialogue, though.
