So...
The question here is what language are these characters speaking? Is it English? Or are we to assume they are speaking German, as they would logically be doing so at this point, but that we are seeing it under a translation convention? And if so, does that mean the "English accent" is an English accent in German, not a British accent in English as we, the readers, see it?
What are you looking at me for? This is a question for you to ponder.
